Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) board of directors approved, on May 1, the termination of Acting CEO, Mahmoud Abdel-Hay Mohammed, effective May 4, 2025, and the appointment of Rayan Al-Mansour as CEO, effective the same date.

Al-Mansour holds over 20 years of practical experience in executive leadership and operational positions in the industrial, investment, and food manufacturing sectors, during which he contributed to planning and developing strategies, improving operational efficiency, and developing businesses, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals in 2003, a master’s degree in business administration from Qassim University, and a General Certificate in Securities Trading, the statement added.
