Saudi Cable Co. received notices from the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority (ZATCA) on July 21, outlining inspection results that included SAR 1.6 million in payable Zakat differences. 
In detail, as much as SAR 153,575 are due for 2019 and another SAR 1.46 million for 2020, the company said in a filing to Tadawul today, July 30.
Through its Zakat advisor, the Saudi-listed cable producer decided to approve these differences.

In addition, the years 2021, 2022, and 2023 were examined and final notices were issued with no Zakat differences arisen.
