Khalid Khashogji, Managing Director and CEO of Saudi Cables Co. said that the decision of the Commercial Court issued yesterday, regarding the list of creditors’ claims is closely linked to the decision issued in June 2023, on the dismissal of the company’s previous financial restructuring procedure (FRP).
In an interview with Argaam, the top executive indicated that this decision constitutes part of the basic pillars of financial regulation within the Bankruptcy Law, which are the FRP and the list of creditors’ claims.
