Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said that Saudi Arabia will continue to be a reliable energy supplier to Japan

Minister of Investment Khalid Al-Falih said that Saudi Arabia was the first country to export blue hydrogen to Japan and is preparing to start exporting green hydrogen soon from ACWA Power’s largest green hydrogen plant in NEOM.

Speaking at the Saudi–Japanese Ministerial Investment Forum, Al-Falih added that the Kingdom will continue to be a reliable energy supplier to Japan, including clean energy projects.

He noted that the Kingdom aims to expand investment cooperation beyond energy to include innovation, venture capital, healthcare and the gaming sector.
