The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Defense, Turki Al-Maliki, said six drones were intercepted and destroyed in Riyadh and Eastern Region. 
He added, according to the Saudi Press Agency, that two additional drones were intercepted and destroyed in the Eastern Region.
