At the third edition of the Future Aviation Forum 2024, Al-Jasser asserted Saudi Arabia’s keenness to apply the latest technologies for traffic management and legislative arrangements to improve traffic in Riyadh.
Riyadh is growing in terms of population density, economic development, and attracting tourism and business, as traffic represents a challenge that government agencies are dealing with.
Accordingly, the government allocated SAR 70 billion to improve the road network in Riyadh.
He pointed to the integrated systems in the aviation sector, whether at the level of airports, regulators, airlines, and suppliers, to seize all available new opportunities and deal with emerging challenges.
In addition, he asserted the necessity of partnerships to facilitate the opportunities provided by the aviation sector for the private sector from diverse countries in order to achieve the sector’s objectives.
According to data compiled by Argaam, the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) organized the third edition of the FAF 2024 on May 20-22, in Riyadh, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman.
