Saudi Public Transport Co.’s (SAPTCO) board of directors decided to appoint Bakr Al-Muhanna (non-executive member) as Chairman and Yasir Aldawood (independent member) as Vice Chairman, according to a statement to Tadawul.

Moreover, the board formed its committees in line with approved responsibilities and powers, appointed the board secretary, and designated the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul).
In August 2024, SAPTCO’s ordinary general assembly elected board members for a four-year term ending on Dec. 31, 2028.
