Salesforce, US-based company specializes in AI-driven customer relationship management, announced plans to expand its presence in Saudi Arabia through establishing a new regional headquarters in Riyadh.
In a statement, the company stated it would collaborate with IBM to open a Center of Excellence in Riyadh, pledging to provide skill development opportunities for approximately 30,000 Saudis by 2030.
Salesforce’s expanded footprint in the region will enable clients such as Almosafer Co., a subsidiary of Seera Group Holding, as well as Red Sea Global, and Saudi Research and Media Group (SRMG) to leverage its local expertise.
In addition, this initiative will support businesses and the public sector in the Kingdom to proceed with their efforts to achieve unprecedented innovation, operational efficiency, and Vision 2030 goals.
