Saudi Industrial Export Co. (Sadirat) said its board of directors decided to terminate agreements related to the planned acquisition of Advanced Energy Trading and Contracting Co. 
In a statement to Tadawul, Sadirat added that the relevant plans were dropped as feasibility studies and due diligence showed that the acquisition did not meet the company’s expectations.
