SADAFCO said higher diesel prices will affect its operating costs starting in 2026
Saudia Dairy and Foodstuff Co. (SADAFCO) has received a notice as regards an adjustment to diesel prices used in its operational activities, effective Jan. 1, 2026, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The direct relevant financial impact will appear in SADAFCO’s financial results starting from Q1 2026, as the diesel price increase is expected to result in additional costs estimated at around SAR 8.2 million during 2026.
SADAFCO added that it has joined the Industrial Sector Competitiveness Program, which will help reduce the financial impact, improve energy consumption efficiency, and promote responsible and sustainable energy development, in line with achieving the company’s strategic objectives and safeguarding shareholders’ rights.
