Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia’s (Zain KSA) board of directors decided the termination of the Acting CEO, Saad bin Al-Sadhan, and appointing him as CEO of the company effective from July 1, 2025. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Al-Sadhan has over 22 years of experience in the telecommunications, information technology, and digital services sectors. He assumed the position of Acting CEO of Zain KSA since August 2024, having previously served as Chief Business and Wholesale Officer.

Al-Sadhan holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, in addition to numerous professional certifications in leadership and information technology, the statement added.
According to data available on Argaam, Zain KSA board appointed Al-Sadhan as acting CEO for the company in August 2024.
