Riyad Bank started today, July 7, the issuance of USD-denominated, tier 2 trust certificates under its international trust certificate issuance program, updated on May 16, 2025, and based on its board of directors’ resolution dated Aug. 9, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The final issuance value and offering terms will be determined based on market conditions.
