Retal unit inks SAR 461.9 million contract with PIF ROSHN Group
Retal Urban Development Co.’s subsidiary, Building Construction Company Ltd, signed on Oct. 14, a contract with ROSHN Group, a unit owned by the Public Investment Fund (PIF), at SAR 461.9 million (excl. VAT), according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The company will design and build a residential project consisting of six multifamily buildings, including infrastructure, landscape, and the related electromechanical works within SEDRA community.
The duration of the contract is 28 months, starting from the date of receiving the notice to proceed.
The project is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s results during the project execution for the years 2026, 2027 and 2028, the statement added.
