Saudi Arabia’s real estate exchange is set to move from the Ministry of Justice to the Real Estate General Authority (REGA) by the end of January, a source familiar with the matter told Al-Eqtisadiah. 
REGA will use the expertise of current exchange staff at the Ministry of Justice during the transition to ensure continuity and smooth service delivery without affecting users.

The exchange offers property trading services, including buying and selling, parcel division and consolidation with property IDs, deed updates, mortgage services, and related real estate operations.
