Rawasi Albina Investment Co.said its board of directors approved on Nov. 13, the resignation of Mohsen Al-Otaibi from his position as Managing Director, upon his request, with immediate effect.
The board appointed board member, Faisal Alboqami, as the new MD effective from Nov. 15, the company said in a statement on Tadawul.
