Rawasi Albina Investment Co.said a delay in releasing its 2025 financial results was due to an incomplete final audit process, as it continues to study the implementation of a new accounting standard. 
The company said in a statement to Tadawul that the move requires additional time to ensure the accuracy and reliability of its financial statements.
Rawasi Albina said it would disclose any developments related to its inability to release financial results on time and reiterated its commitment to promptly announce any material updates.
It added there was no direct financial impact from the delay, noting that any financial impact would be reflected in the annual financial statements currently under review, which will be disclosed after being finalized and approved by the external auditor.
The company said it would continue working with the external auditor to complete the final audit and will publish its consolidated annual financial statements and board report once approved.
According to Argaamdata, Rawasi Albina had earlier said it would not be able to disclose its 2025 financial results and board report within the specified deadline, as the audit process was still ongoing.
