Watheeq Capital, the financial advisor for the potential public offering of Rawabi Marketing International Co. on the Nomu-Parallel Market, stated that the offering price was set at SAR 35 per share. 
In a Tadawul statement, the company said the offering for qualified investors will run from Aug. 27 to Sept. 3.
Rawabi Marketing plans to offer one million shares, representing 6.90% of its pre-IPO capital, which amounts to SAR 145 million and is divided into 14.5 million at a par value of SAR 10 each. The post-IPO capital will reach SAR 155 million, divided into 15.5 million shares, according to Argaamdata.
