Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) plans to carry out comprehensive and scheduled periodic maintenance for all operational facilities and production units in the company’s complex.

The maintenance, which will last 60 days from April 15, requires a complete shutdown of these units, the company said in a filing to Tadawul.
The financial impact of the shutdown will be reflected in Q2 2025 financial results.
