Osool Bakheet obtained the financing from BSF on Jan. 25
Osool Bakheet Investment Co.renewed a SAR 50 million Shariah-compliant loan agreement with Banque Saudi Fransi (BSF) to be used for tawarruq financing and/or the issuance of Islamic payment guarantees, according to a statement toTadawul. 
The credit facility was secured on Jan. 25 while the procedures were completed and the agreement was signed on Feb. 11. The financing will extend until Jan. 31, 2027.
There are no related parties to the deal, the statement said, adding that there are no outstanding obligations or amounts based on the facilities agreement or financing agreement.
