In a separate statement, TASI announced thatAlwasail Industrial Co.will debut on TASI on Jan. 21 under the symbol 4148.
The daily price fluctuation limit for both companies will be 10%.
According to Argaam data, Nofoth stock closed on Jan. 15 at SAR 9.79 on Nomu, which will also be its opening price in the inaugural session following its transfer from the Nomu Parallel Market to TASI.
Nofoth debuted on Nomu in January 2023. It currently holds a capital of SAR 96 million, at a par value of SAR 1 apiece.
Alwasail stock closed on Jan. 15 at SAR 3.38 on Nomu, which will also be its opening price in the inaugural session on TASI.
Alwasail debuted on Nomu in January 2022, with a capital of SAR 250 million, divided into 250 million shares, at a par value of SAR 1 apiece.
