Aiman Al-Mudaifer as board member, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
NEOM’s board of directors appointed Aiman Al-Mudaifer as Managing Director, (CEO), and board member, the company said in a statement. 
Al-Mudaifer has served as Acting CEO since November 2024, during which he focused on maintaining operational continuity, enhancing efficiencies, and accelerating progress across NEOM’s strategic projects and regions.
He brings extensive leadership experience from both the public and private sectors. Since 2018, Al-Mudaifer has led the Local Real Estate Investment Division at the Public Investment Fund (PIF), where he oversaw significant growth and transformation. He also serves on the boards of several PIF portfolio companies.
The board expressed confidence in NEOM’s leadership team and said it looks forward to continued success under Al-Mudaifer’s direction.
Al-Mudaifer succeeded Nadhmi Al-Nasr, who had served as NEOM’s CEO since July 2018.
