National Co. for Learning and Education (NCLE) received an award notice of land lease contract in Riyadh from Tatweer Buildings Co. (TBC) at SAR 68.7 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The land plot will be utilized for the development and operation of an educational complex at SAR 2.54 million annually, with a 10% rise every five contractual years, bringing the total lease value over the full contract term to SAR 68.7 million (excluding VAT).

This investment aligns with the company’s strategic expansion plans, with the aim of growing its student base and generating returns in line with its long-term goals.
The contract covers the lease of a 15,500 square meter (sqm) plot of land in Dhahrah Laban, Riyadh, for a period of 24 years from the date of contract signing.
The term includes a two-year rent-free grace period during which no lease payments are required.
There are no related parties involved in the transaction and the company will disclose any material developments related to the lease agreement and the project in due course.
