Nayifat Finance Co. said Saleh Al Omair resigned as Chairman of the board, as well as the membership of the board and committees, effective of May 21, 2024, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The resignation was driven by differences over the work mechanism of the board of directors and the committees.
Al Omair was elected as Chairman of the board on Sept. 26, 2022, data compiled with Argaam showed.
