National Building and Marketing Co. said that Rayyan bin Hamad Al-Khuwaiter resigned from his position as Chairman and also as board member and member of the nomination and remuneration committee, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The resignation, which was submitted due to personal circumstances, was submitted on Feb. 10, 2026, with immediate effect.
The company also designated Vice Chairman Mohamed Eqbal Daaboul as Chairman till a new board member is appointed to assume the vacant position in the company’s board.
Moreover, the board reshuffled the nomination and remuneration committee.
