In a statement to Tadawul, the company explained that the project aims to achieve a comprehensive digital transformation of the National Library of Oman, located within the Sayyid Tariq bin Taimur Cultural Complex. This is through the implementation of an integrated system based on robotic solutions for smart transport, as well as automated storage and retrieval systems (ASRS).

Works will be supported by artificial intelligence–driven software for collections management and the automation of circulation and inventory processes using advanced digital identification technologies, it added.

Moreover, the initiative is expected to enhance operational efficiency and establish a sophisticated technological infrastructure that improves user experience and supports the Sultanate’s strategic direction toward innovation in the cultural sector.

The company also said that the project documents were completed today, April 2, noting that there are no related parties involved.
