Naf Co. for Feed Industry’s board of directors approved the mutual termination of CEO Murshid Al-Murshidi’s contract, effective Aug. 31.

Based on the recommendation of the remuneration and nominations committee, the board appointed Basil Al-Harbi as acting CEO, effective Sept. 1, until a new CEO is named. He will also continue serving as the company’s Procurement Manager, the company said in a statement to Tadawul, today, Sep. 1.
Al-Harbi holds a bachelor’s degree in cybersecurity. He has been Procurement Manager at NAF since July 2024 and previously served as Supervisor of the Sales and Staff Department from March 2023 to February 2024.
