Naba Alsaha Medical Services Co. signed and awarded today, March 25, a contract worth SAR 110.9 million (excluding VAT) with Al-Kayan Technical Arab Contracting Co. to complete works of Naba Alsaha Hospital in Al-Munisiyah district of Riyadh, to begin the third phase of implementation, supply, and testing of electromechanics works, finishing works, and complementary works.

Under the 16-month contract, Al Kayan Technical Arab Contracting will carry out finishing works, electrical and mechanical works, and complementary works according to the requirements of the Saudi Center for Health Facilities Accreditation, the attached plans, scope of work, supply lists, and specialized companies for all works, systems, and civil defense requirements, the company said, in a statement to Tadawul.

The Saudi Code includes the provision of materials, equipment, workers, and all other necessary items for the implementation and completion of work in accordance with the accepted standards of craftsmanship for hospital buildings.

According to the company, the contract is expected to have a positive impact on the speed of completion and operation of Naba Alsaha Hospital in Riyadh. There are no related parties to the contract.
