Mutakamela Insurance announces new appointments
Mutakamela Insurance Co. received, on Sept. 8, the Insurance Authority’s (IA) no-objection to the appointment of Khalid Al‑Suwailm as Chairman, and Charalambos Melonas as Vice Chairman and Managing Director.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that Hani Ali Al‑Bukhaitan was appointed as board secretary, and that the board formed its subcommittees, including a six-member executive committee, a six-member nomination and remuneration committee, a four-member risk committee, and a four-member investment committee, along with the selection of their respective chairpersons and members.
According to data available with Argaam, Mutakamela’s ordinary general meeting (OGM), held in August, approved the election of the board of directors for the new three-year term beginning Aug. 8, 2025.
