Multi Business Group Co.signed today, Dec. 18, a contract with Leejam Sports Co. to design, build, and finish a sports club at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), with the contract value exceeding 10% of the company’s 2023 fiscal year revenue. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract spans seven months and covers construction works, architectural finishing, and electrical and mechanical engineering services.
The company anticipates a positive financial impact from this contract on its results for the first half of 2025, noting that there are no related parties involved.
According to data available with Argaam, Multi Business achieved revenues of SAR 124.83 million in 2023.
