MSCI Inc., the provider of research-based indexes and analytics, implements today, Feb. 27, its changes to the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul) according to its quarterly review of indices carried out on Feb. 12. 
As per the requirements of global index managers, the changes will be implemented today during the closing auction and trade-at-last sessions.
Almajed Oud Co. was added to the MSCI Saudi Arabia Small Cap Index, while Advanced Petrochemical Co.and Mobile Telecommunication Company Saudi Arabia (Zain KSA)were excluded from the MSCI Global Standard Index.
Accordingly, the number of Saudi-listed companies on the MSCI Saudi Arabia Small Cap Index was brought to 88, while the MSCI Global Standard Index included 40 others.
