Mouwasat Medical Services Co.’s board of directors appointed today, Dec. 23, Executive Board Member Khalid Al Saleem as Managing Director, succeeding the late Board Member and Managing Director Mohamed Al Saleem. 
Under the decision, Al Saleem will represent the company in all matters related to compliance with regulations and laws at the Capital Market Authority (CMA), the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), and the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa), according to a Tadawul filing.

The company added that the board’s decision took effect immediately and will remain in force until the end of the current board term ending on Jan. 3, 2026.
