Etihad Etisalat Co.’s (Mobily) board of directors approved yesterday, Oct. 21, the resignation requests of Abdul Karim bin Ibrahim Al Nafea, Chairman, and Nabeel Al-Amudi, Vice Chairman, from their positions due to personal reasons. Both will continue to serve as board members. 
The company disclosed in a statement on Tadawul that the board approved the appointment of Moataz Al-Azzawi, a current board member, as Chairman, and Abdul Karim bin Ibrahim Al Nafea as Vice Chairman.
Mobily added that these decisions are effective as of Oct. 22, 2025, and will remain in force until the end of the current board term on Nov. 30, 2028.
