Al Moammar Information Systems (MIS) was awarded today, March 16, a medical technology project by the Ministry of Health, valued at SAR 39.87 million (VAT inclusive).

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the contract is expected to be signed on June 1, noting there are no related parties to the deal.

The scope of work requires implementing medical technology solutions, besides maintaining and repairing medical devices and equipment, within the First Cluster (Al-Quwaiyah Zone) under the Riyadh First Health Cluster.

It also involves providing periodic and preventive maintenance services, addressing emergencies. This is in addition to supplying spare parts and essential materials to ensure optimal equipment performance.

The project covers hospitals, primary healthcare centers, central laboratories, dental institutes, and other health institutes, treating these facilities as an integrated unit within the execution scope, MIS stated.
