Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS)signed on Dec. 23 a SAR 114.43 million contract (VAT inclusive) with the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) to renew IT systems support licenses, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.
The 36-month contract covers the renewal of licenses and ongoing support for the bank’s IT systems, MIS said.
The related financial impact is likely to be reflected in the company’s results in Q42025. There are no related parties, it further stated.
MIS was awarded the contract in August 2025, Argaam data showed.
