The 36-month agreement does not specify a fixed value, as the contract amount will be determined upon the receipt of development notices from Saudi Data Center Fund 1.

The agreement aims to enhance the capacity of current data centers by up to 112 megawatts in additional output.

MIS said the deal is expected to have a positive financial impact, which will be reflected from the date the first development notice is received and mutually agreed upon. Any subsequent requests will be announced in due course, including the periods in which they will be reflected.

The company also noted that it served as the design-builder for the initial 32-megawatt capacity currently under development and acts as the facility manager for the existing data center sites.
