Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) signed, on Feb. 19, a contract with Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Co. with total value of SAR102.4 million including VAT. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the contract covers the provision of information technology systems services for a period on 12 months.
The contract will have a positive financial impact starting from Q1 2026, the statement added, noting that no related parties are included in the deal.
