Fourth Milling Co. (MC4) announced today, Dec. 4, the start of preliminary engineering works for expanding its facility in Al-Kharj, as part of a project to build a new flour mill and feed factory with a total cost of 265 million SAR.
According to Argaam, MC4’s board approved the project on April 30, 2025, which will boost Al-Kharj’s flour production by 750 tons per day to 1,350 tons and add a feed mill with a 240-ton daily capacity.
The company had planned to start the project in Q2 2025 after regulatory approvals. The feed factory is expected to be completed in H2 2026 and the flour mill in H2 2027, with a positive financial impact from each phase once operational.
On Nov. 4, 2025, the company signed a contract to build an integrated facility including the factory, warehouse, and related infrastructure.
