Marble Design Co.’s board of directors, on April 6, approved the company’s transition from Nomu- Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The board also appointed Estidamah Capital as a financial advisor for the transition.
Thetransfer is subject to market approval and all the requirements set by the market.
