Real estate transactions in Medinah reached 3,414 deals worth SAR 2.71 billion in the first quarter of 2025, according to a report from the city’s chamber of commerce. 
Residential properties accounted for about SAR 2.1 billion, followed by commercial deals at SAR 520 million and agricultural land at SAR 124 million.
