Lumi Rental Co. signed today, June 2, a framework agreement with the National Unified Procurement Medical Supplies Co. (NUPCO) to provide transportation services for medical supplies.

In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that the value of the framework agreement may exceed 5% of the company’s total revenue, according to the audited annual financial statements for 2024, based on the purchase orders to be issued by NUPCO during the agreement period.

The agreement governs the provision of transportation services for medical supplies, including vehicles with drivers, as well as moving and handling equipment, from NUPCO’s warehouses and affiliated locations to healthcare facilities across various regions of the Kingdom.

The agreement is non-exclusive, the statement said.

Lumi indicated that the tenure of the agreement is two years, extendable for an equal term or terms, subject to mutual agreement.

The contract is expected to have a positive impact on the company’s financial statements starting Q3 2025. There are no

related parties to the deal, the statement said.

According to data available with Argaam, Lumi’s revenues amounted to about SAR 1.55 billion in 2024.
