LIVA Insurance extends Mohamed Altooblani’s term as Acting CEO
LIVA Insurance Co.‘s board of directors decided to extend the appointment of Mohamed Altooblani as Acting CEO starting March 8, according to a Tadawul statement. 
This came after the company received the Insurance Authority’s (IA) non-objection on March 8.
Altooblani has been serving as Acting CEO since March 22, 2025, while also holding the position of Chief Financial Officer.
He brings over 18 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance sector, including senior executive roles such as Regional CFO at Chubb in Bahrain and Head of Financial Control at AIG Takaful Bahrain.
In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance from the University of Bahrain.
