Leen Alkhair Trading Co. filed a complaint with the Capital Market Authority (CMA) against Dinar Investment Co., under No. (16264/2025) dated Nov. 18. 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said the complaint was submitted after Dinar Investment unilaterally and unexpectedly canceled Leen Alkhair’s sukuk offering.
It added that the company also halted the transfer of the amounts collected from subscribers during the sukuk campaign, in violation of the arrangement agreement concluded with them for issuing the sukuk.
