Ladun Investment Co.withdrew its request to transition to the Main Market (TASI), citing the need to complete certain requirements related to the transfer to TASI.

In a statement to Tadawul today, dec. 25, the company said it will complete these requirements and submit the application at a later date, noting that any updates regarding this matter will be announced in due course.

According to data available data with Argaam, Ladun filed for transitioning from the Nomu-Parallel Market to TASI on Dec. 9.

Ladun listed its shares on Nomu in June 2022. Its share capital stands at SAR 500 million, divided into 500 million shares, at a par value of SAR 1 each.
