Ladun Investment Co. signed a construction contract with Built Industrial Co. to develop Al-Mashraqia Villas project in Riyadh
Ladun Investment Co. signed, on Nov. 18, a construction contract with Built Industrial Co., a subsidiary, as the main contractor to carry out the construction works of Al-Mashraqia Villas project in Riyadh for a total value of SAR 317.13 million, according to a statement to Tadawul. 
The project consists of 416 residential villas in the Afyaa Al-Mashraqiyah Project, based on four approved design models.
There is no change in the previously announced costs, as the contract value falls within the project’s approved estimated budget, and there is no financial deviation from the approved plan, the statement added.
In September, Ladun signed a real estate sub-development agreement with National Housing Co. (NHC) to develop Al-Mashraqia Villas in Riyadh, with an estimated contract value of SAR 446 million, excluding VAT, Argaam reported.
