Ladun Investment Co. announced the awarding of a sub-development contract worth SAR 446 million, excluding VAT, for developing villas within Al-Mashriqiya project in Riyadh in partnership with the National Housing Co.(NHC). 
In a statement to Tadawul, the company said that it will develop more than 400 residential villas within the project on a land plot spanning 100,400 square meters.

Ladun will announce any future developments on the signing of the sub-development contract with NHC, the statement added, noting that there are no related parties involved in the deal.
