Ladun Investment Co. filed on Dec. 9 to move from Nomu-Parallel Market to the Main Market (TASI), according to a statement to Tadawul.

The request was submitted through the automated system designated by the regulatory authorities for this purpose.

The company will disclose any developments as they arise.

According to data available on Argaam, the company’s board of directors approved in October 2023 the transition from Nomu to TASI.

Ladun listed its shares on Nomu in June 2022. Its share capital stands at SAR 500 million, divided into 500 million shares, with a par value of SAR 1 per share.
