Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources issued 151 new industrial licenses in November, while 93 factories began production during the same month.

The newly licensed projects represent investments exceeding SAR 27 billion and are expected to create more than 1,370 jobs across various regions of the Kingdom, according to data from the Ministry’s National Industrial and Mining Information Center.

Meanwhile, factories that commenced operations in November accounted for SAR 1.8 billion in investments and are projected to generate 2,642 jobs.

As of November 2025, the number of existing industrial facilities hit 12,874, up more than 8% from 11,901 facilities during the same time previous year and 12,769 facilities in November of last year, the ministry added.
