KnowledgeNet has been steadily implementing its ambitious strategy since listing on Nomu- the Parallel Market, which aims to develop and transform technical assets into innovative products that achieve tangible financial returns, CEO Fahad Al-Eidy told Argaam in an interview.
The recent deals with the Saudi Technology Fund with a total value of SAR 64 million, is not just an asset sale, but rather part of a comprehensive strategy aimed at maximizing the return on the company’s software and providing cash flows to support expansion and innovation plans, he added.
Al-Eidy explained that these deals included sale of four subsidiaries to the Saudi Technology Fund.
