King Khalid International Airport (KKIA) achieved record figures in July in terms of daily and monthly operational performance, Riyadh Airports Co., said in a post on X platform.
The number of passengers at KKIA on July 31 exceeded 142,540, marking the airport’s highest ever daily traffic.
In July, KKIA received 3.9 million passengers through 26,000 flights across its domestic and international terminals. It was the busiest month in the airport’s history in terms of passenger numbers and flights.
The previous single-day passenger traffic record at KKIA was 131,690 passengers was set on Aug. 1, 2024.
