Wafrah for Industry and Development Co.’s board of directors appointed Khaled Rabea Al-Rashidi as company’s CEO, aligning with the recommendation of the remuneration and nomination committee, according to a statement to Tadawul.
The appointment will take effect as of Jan.1, 2026.
